Got a villager in my fire pit
Won’t say how he ended up in it
Keeps mm-hmmin’ through the smoke and sparks
Like he owns the place after dark
There’s an Enderman in my storage barn
Staring at the wall like he means no harm
Don’t touch nothin’, don’t make a sound
Just rearranges blocks when I’m not around
It’s just another day
In this blocky place
Where the cows get loose
And the creepers wait
I patch one hole
Three more are born
Got a villager in my fire pit
And an Enderman in my storage barn
Chicken on the rooftop, sheep in the wheat
Skeleton dancing in the cobble street
Cat on the furnace, wolf in the boat
Zombie somehow wearing my coat
Thought I’d finally organized my chest
Now nothing’s where I left it at best
I swear this world’s held together by luck
And a stack of cobble and a wooden truck
It’s just another day
In this blocky place
Where the rain comes down
And the phantoms chase
I sleep too late
Wake up worn
Got a villager in my fire pit
And an Enderman in my storage barn
Some folks build castles tall and grand
I’m chasing llamas with a leed in hand
One minute mining, next minute torn
By a goat with attitude early in the morn’
It’s just another day
Guess I’ll carry on
Fix the fence again
Before the daylight’s gone
Nothing makes sense
But it feels like home
With a villager in my fire pit
And an Enderman in my storage barn
